I have a new obsession and it is with this watermelon glow sleep mask. It is sold at Sephora by the company Glow Recipe. The sleep mask is supposed to create a soft and glowing complexion. It is formulated with watermelon, aha, hyaluronic acid, and it is all natural! See what I experienced below in this watermelon glow review.
I want to eat this it smells so good! You remember bubblicious watermelon bubble gum, it smells like how that tastes. I am obsessed with the packaging. It comes in a nice weighted glass container and is light pink. So pretty, and not cheap packaging at all. It also comes with a clear spatula to help scoop the product without contamination.
The formula is more of a gel consistency, thicker than what I had expected. Once I smooth it over my skin it felt really light and not sticky at all. It dries fairly quickly, which is nice for when you’re about to go to sleep. It doesn’t rub off on pillowcases either!
I completely forgot I had this on my face when I woke up. It wasn’t until I looked in the mirror and saw slight peeling (the product not my skin). However, the AHA and hyaluronic acid in the formula is a gentle peel to help heal uneven skin tones and anti aging. It thoroughly hydrated my skin, leaving it glowing after washing it off. I am so glad to have this in my arsenal for when those harsh cold winter months come. The same company produced a blueberry gentle face cleanser, I can’t wait to try that next!
