My last installment on New York Fashion Week (part 1, part 2, and part 3) is on open to the public events and where to register. If you don’t work in fashion, yet still want to take part of the incredible time of year, here are a few ways to do so.
Open To The Public Events
These events are for all those who don’t work in the fashion industry yet want to celebrate fashion week. The events range from free events and lounges, to actual runway shows that are raising money for charity or are a smaller fashion label. None the less, they are a lot of fun and a great way to join fashion week.
Where to look
The first place to stop by is Fashion Week Online. They have every open to the public event listed with full details including contact information. Take a look at which ones interest you and reach out to the respected representative.
Another way to participate is via live stream. You can watch your favorite designers and their collections as it is happening. You can also catch these feeds at Fashion Week Online here.
