Everyone one has it. Every single one of us. It is inevitable and nothing to be ashamed about. But if you want to treat cellulite, here are a few scrubs you can make at home easily!
The Coffee Blast
Caffeine is known to help reduce the appearance cellulite. It is also great for your skin as an antioxidant. While coconut oil and sea salt gentle moisturizes and exfoliates your body.
- Combined 1 cup coffee grounds and 3 tablespoons of sea salt into a bowl. Mix gently.
- Melt 6 tablespoons of coconut oil if needed. Then add to the dry ingredients. Mix gently.
- Your consistency should be thick, not watery. Store the scrum in an airtight container.
How To Use:
You can exfoliate with a dry brush before showering, to help circulation of blood and activating lymph nodes in legs. Then once in shower, in a circler motion rub the coffee scrub in the target areas. Rinse with water!
Sweet and Salty Scrub
Exfoliating and activating circulation is healing. Sea Salt and Brown sugar are naural exfoliators that will not only get rid of dead skin but leave your legs smooth.
1 cup Brown Sugar and 1 cup Sea Salt. 6 tablespoons of coconut oil to hydrate skin. Mix together and apply in the shower. Rinse away residue!
Loaded with vitamin C, this scrub will exfoliate, create blood circulation, and will brighten your complexion.
- 3 cups of sugar
- 3/4 cup of olive oil
- Juice from one lemon
- Zest from two lemons
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
Mix in a bowl and place in airtight jar. Apply similar to the above scrubs!
Grapefruit and Mint Sugar Scrub
This sugar scrub will wipe away dead skin, invigorate your body with citrus and pepermint, and moisturise with coconut oil. Plus it smells amazing!
- ½ C. Coconut Oil
- ½ C. White Sugar
- Zest of 1 Grapefruit
- 1 T. Grapefruit Juice
- 10 drops Peppermint Oil
- 25 drops Grapefruit Oil
Mix the sugar and coconut oil together first then add in the oils and juice to mixture. Apply to body and face for a light exfoliate. Wash off in the shower like the rest.
